Property Management
This New York State approved continuing education course of twenty two and one half (22 ½) hours provides a level of study or deliverable geared towards individuals that are involved or are interested in the construction, development and real estate management industries. Business professionals such as bankers, construction managers, developers, general contractors, investors, lawyers and licensed appraisers, real estate salesperson’s and broker’s with an interest to further acquire knowledge and technical understanding in the business of real estate management and real property investment methodology.
Construction Project Management
Our Construction Project Management Certificate (CPM) Program provides the knowledge and skills needed by today’s managers in the construction industry. Our courses enable you to put principles and theories into immediate action on the job.
Construction Project Management Certificate (CPM) Program is approved for 22.5 hours continuing education credits in New York State.
LEED Green Associate
This course is four 4-hour classes (16 hours total) which can be taken in any order, so students can join at any time.
