Real Estate License (Salesperson)

Begin your real estate career by getting your Real Estate License at Brooklyn Real Estate Institute. This 75-hour Real Estate License course offers you the ultimate in schedule flexibility. The course is divided into 20 sessions which can be taken in any order. Start your studies at any time, you have 4 months to complete your Real Estate Licensing program or finish as quickly as 10 days. Upon completion of all 20 sessions, students are prepared to take both the school and state exams.

Real Estate Broker License

For that next step in career advancement we offer the 45 Hour Real Estate Broker License Course. This course consists of 11 sessions, which can be taken in any order. Once all the sessions have been completed the student can take both the school and state exams.

Having a  Real Estate Broker License gives you that extra level of expertise that is needed in today’s competitive Real Estate world. It also allows you to open your own independent brokerage firm, as opposed to being under an existing brokerage house.

Appraisal License

If you are interested in getting your Appraisal License, BKREI offers an extensive list of courses that are required by the State Appraisal Board. 

An appraiser develops and reports an opinion of value on a specific type of property. Appraisers may opt to specialize in various disciplines such as: Real Property Appraisal, Personal Property Appraisal, Business Valuation or Mass Appraisal.

Mortgage Loan Officer

Brooklyn Real Estate Institute is proud to offer NY SAFE Mortgage Loan Officer Course (NMLS Approved). This 20 hour Mortgage Loan Officer / Originator course is approved by the NY Deptartment of State for real estate continuing education credits.

You will learn everything required to successfully enter the mortgage lending field including: federal lending legislation, fair lending and ethics, primary and secondary mortgage markets, as well as a review of the economic, legal, and valuation aspects of the real estate market.
